Good Faith Estimate
In certain circumstances, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers must provide patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. Medicare
Eckhouse Therapy does not participate in Medicare. Clients cannot submit claims to Medicare. Unlike certain private health insurance plans which may provide clients with reimbursement for services provided by Dr. Eckhouse as an out-of-network provider, Medicare will not provide any reimbursement.
